I discovered Gabby a few months ago when my friend who was getting married sent me one of Gabby's 5 minute arm videos. We decided to do them together every morning up until her wedding, and we’re both so so happy with our results.

Gabby founded GGStudio after years of believing that more effort meant better results. As a former dancer and professional singer, she was no stranger to pushing herself, but over time, that mindset left her burned out, anxious, and disconnected from her body.
Everything began to shift when she gave herself permission to move for just five minutes. That small act sparked a powerful change. She started moving with joy, and realized that consistency and confidence didn’t come from doing more, but from feeling better.
That’s the heart of GGStudio–a space where movement supports your mood, fits into your real life, and helps you reconnect with your body. It’s flexible, uplifting, and designed to remind you that movement can be both effective and kind.

Gabby holds certifications in barre, mat Pilates, personal training, holistic health coaching, and breathwork, with over five years of group fitness teaching experience. She’s currently completing her Master’s in Public Health Nutrition and has a BFA in Music, along with 15+ years of classical dance training.
Her teaching style blends science-backed structure with creativity, warmth, and a whole lot of good energy.
