How do subscriptions work?

Subscribe for $9.99/month or $99.99/year—both include a 7-day free trial. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan will be charged automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account page on desktop or in the app. All sales are final, and renewals are non-refundable. 

How does the 7-day free trial work?

You’ll get 7 days of unlimited access to everything GGStudio has to offer. If it’s not the right fit, just head to your account settings and cancel before the 7 days are up. If you’re loving it (and we hope you are!), your subscription will start automatically when the trial ends.

Are all programs included in my subscription?

Yes. Every program is included in your subscription, whether you go monthly or yearly. Just a heads-up: programs aren’t available for individual purchase, so you’ll need an active subscription to access them all.

Can we expect new classes and programs regularly?

Yes! New programs and challenges drop on a regular basis, and we release four classes every week at the beginning of the week. You’ll also have guided weekly calendars that rotate weekly to keep things fun, effective, and fresh.

Can I access the app without Wi-Fi?

Yes! Once you've downloaded a class to your device, you can watch it anytime without Wi-Fi or data. 

Can I use multiple devices to stream workouts?

Absolutely! Whether you're on your iphone, android, ipad, tablet, computer, or smart TV, you can stream GGStudio workouts anywhere. All your progress, completed classes, stats, and streaks automatically sync across devices, so you can pick up right where you left off, no matter what you’re using.

 I’m totally new to fitness. Where should I start?

You’re in the right place. We’ve got you! Our 28-day Beginner Program is designed to ease you in with classes that feel approachable, effective, and supportive. All of GGStudio’s classes meet you where you are and help you build strength, confidence, and consistency.

 What’s the difference between the two weekly calendars?

 If you love a little structure, you’ve got options. Each week, you can choose between The Quickie Plan and The Full Stack Plan–two guided schedules built to help you stay consistent, whether you’re short on time or ready to go all in.

The Quickie Plan is great for busy weeks or beginners with shorter, lower-impact workouts to help you stay consistent. The Full Stack Plan is more advanced and with longer sessions to challenge your strength, stamina, and mobility.

  • MoodStacks: Short and sweet sculpts designed to match and boost your mood, combining movement styles for energy and mindset balance.
  • BarreFlow: A graceful, low-impact sculpt class blending floor and standing work, focused on arms, core, legs, and booty with breath-led flow.
  • Sculpt: Our signature full-body sculpt class that blends dynamic barre and sculpt moves to strengthen, tone, and energize from head to toe. 
  • PowerSculpt: Higher-intensity, strength-focused classes built to build muscle, stamina, and power with 8-12lb weights and dynamic moves.

Can I schedule my workouts?

Yes! You can schedule a video by clicking on it and tapping the calendar icon–found below the video on the right-hand side of the screen and also in the top right corner of the Library tab. Pick your preferred day and time, then save it. 
If you have push notifications on, which can be turned on under your Accounts tab, you’ll get a notification when it’s time to start your scheduled class.

 Is there a way to save the workouts I like best?

 Yes! When you click on a video you like, just tap the heart icon. It will be added to your Favorites collection, which you can find right on your home page.

Can I filter my workouts for what I want to do?

Yes! Go to the Library page and tap the filter icon at the bottom center of your screen. From there, you can filter workouts by length, equipment used, workout type, body focus, time, mood, and more.

Does GGStudio offer any discount programs?

 If I’m pregnant or working with an injury, can I still do these workouts?

Yes, you absolutely can. GGStudio is all about supporting you through every phase of life. Most classes focus on gentle, controlled movements that build strength, boost circulation, and improve flexibility, making them adaptable for a range of needs. We also offer designated pregnancy-safe and no kneeling or no wrist collections, with options to help you move in a way that feels good for your body. That said, it’s always best to check in with your doctor before starting something new, especially if you’re navigating a specific condition.
